Wheelchair – our guest is in a wheelchair and would ride in the wheelchair to their destination.
Stretcher – our guest requires a laid down position for the duration of the transportation. There will ALWAYS be additional staff in the van to ensure comfort during transportation.
Ambulatory – our guest can walk on own their or with a mobility aid such as a walker.
We bill the facilities we have contracts with, or our guest/family would pay in advance for their transportation.
Unfortunately, we are unable to bill any type of insurance companies at this time. We can provide paid invoices for our guests to turn in for possible reimbursement from the insurance companies. Please contact your insurance provider for additional information on potential reimbursement.
Yes, we can transport from a private residence. Advance notice of steps or other obstacles at the home is appreciated to ensure safety of our drivers and our guests.
Yes, we have several guests that require dialysis treatments, physical therapy, cancer treatments, etc. Advance notice of the schedule is required.
Yes, we can transport for fun stuff! We love taking our guests to weddings, ball games, shopping, and more. Advance notice of the event is required.
Yes, we appreciate the opportunity to get your loved one home for the holidays. There is a nominal additional fee and advance notice is required.
Our fees are based on the type of transportation needed, how far we are travelling, and if there are additional services required (extra assistance, oxygen, steps, etc.) Please contact us for a price quote.
We prefer 24-hour notice for an appointment. We understand life happens and We prefer 48-hour notice for an appointment. However, we understand life happens and spur of the moment transportation may be required. We are typically able to accommodate same day appointments.
Yes, we believe that family members riding along provides additional comfort and peace of mind. All of our vans have additional seating for passengers. Advance notice is appreciated but not required.
